1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Narekovalnik mobile application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Application.

The Application is operated by XPRO d.o.o., located at Stegne 21c, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

2. Service Description

Narekovalnik is a speech-to-text application that enables:

• Dictation and real-time speech-to-text conversion
• Voice corrections and text editing
• AI-powered corrections, including translation
• Sending messages via email

3. User Account

To use certain features of the Application, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• Restricting access to your device
• All activities that occur under your account

4. Permissions

For the Application to function, we require the following permissions on your device:

• Microphone: For recording speech and converting to text
• Internet: For speech processing and AI features
• Storage: For saving settings and temporary files

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Application, you agree not to:

• Use the Application for illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Transmit viruses or other malicious code
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Collect personal data of other users without their consent
• Use the Application for sending spam or advertising

6. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of XPRO d.o.o. and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Text that you create using the Application remains your property.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Application may only be available with a subscription. For subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payments are processed through App Store or Google Play
• Refunds are handled according to the respective store's policies
• Prices may change with appropriate notice

8. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". XPRO d.o.o. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Application or the information, content, or materials included in the Application.

In no event shall XPRO d.o.o. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

9. Conversion Accuracy

While we strive for the highest accuracy in speech-to-text conversion, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. We recommend reviewing converted text before use, especially for important documents.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Application after the changes take effect means you agree to the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ljubljana.
